yes it is definitely true as one of my friend from Karachi have actually seen these kids...unfortunately they just learn such sentences to attract young people and beg for money ...

They are good business people though. They wouldn't have gotten the sale by being normal beggers.
well it is bad but still nothing, nothing compared to India.
