I think this is Extremely wrong..
I understand why its being done.. But they are going very very wrong and silly way about it all.. This will not only fail... But will only make people rebel eventually...tables will turn... all in Time.
The goverment has basically passed on the power to police officers. I do think this will have more of a negative impact of iran's society and culture.
It will soon enough turn into saudi and how the mullahs there run the place.
